About the website
This website describes our automation services and lets you contact us. The information on it is general and is not professional, legal or financial advice. Examples on the site, including the automation slideshow, activity feed and map-pack rank grid, use sample businesses and illustrative numbers to show how a system could work. They are not real client results and are not connected to any live system. The missed-call calculator only uses the numbers you enter and is an estimate, not a promise.
No guarantee of results
Every business is different. We don't promise specific revenue, savings, rankings or other results from our services. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out its scope, price, timeline, care period and responsibilities. If those documents differ from this website, they take priority.
Using the website
Please don't misuse the website, for example by sending spam through the enquiry form, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with how it works.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Automate Headaches sends text messages only to people who agree to receive them, for example by checking the text-message consent box on our website forms or by texting us first. By agreeing, you consent to receive texts from Automate Headaches about your enquiry, your free Google audit, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer support. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per week while we’re in touch with you. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email hello@automateheadaches.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. Product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe software our clients commonly use. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but please don't copy or republish them as your own.

We may link to third-party websites, such as a booking page. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
