How it works
- A new review comes in on your Google Business Profile.
- We draft a reply using the customer’s first name and the job they mention, in the tone you picked during setup.
- 4 and 5 stars: on Growth and up, the reply is posted for you. No logins, no reminders.
- 3 stars or below: you get a text with the review and a draft reply. Approve it, edit it, or call the customer first.
- Monthly report: every review, every reply, and your average reply time.
