Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. We ask every customer the same way, we never filter out unhappy ones, and we never pay or reward anyone for a review. That keeps your profile safe.
What if a customer is unhappy?
They get a short check-in before any review request. If something is wrong, you get an alert and a chance to make it right. Then they get the same request as everyone else.
Do we have to switch software?
No. We plug into Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, JobNimbus, QuickBooks and more. No software? A customer list works.
What does it cost?
Reviews is $97/mo. Map Pack Growth is $297/mo. Map Pack Takeover is $497/mo. Every plan starts with a free 2-week trial, no setup fee, no contract. Text messages are billed at cost, about a penny each.
What’s the guarantee?
25 new Google reviews during your free 2-week trial. If we don’t hit 25, we keep working for free until we do.
Will you get me into the top 3?
Nobody honest can promise a ranking. We do the things that move it, like reviews, your Google profile, weekly posts and website fixes, and we show you the ranking map every month.
How long until I see results?
